One aspect of a good marketing campaign is creativity. If your customer thinks that you aren’t trying very hard to impress, they may not return. I learned from my customers that they really appreciate getting decorative mailers. I started using them a while back and began to get good product reviews. My product had not changed; only the way that I shipped them. They work very well during special seasons or promotions. I think people just enjoy the experience of going to the mailbox and being pleasantly surprised. I spend a little extra on my mailers, but the results are proven and I will continue to do so.

Hiring a consultant to help with ecommerce strategy

As an ecommerce store front owner I am always on the lookout for new and better ways to do things to bring new customers to my business. This year I have a goal to grow sales by 50%. To achieve this target I have hired a consultant who is familiar with ecommerce strategy. I am hoping he can open up new ways to promote my site and make suggestion for improving conversion. If I can bring about the desired increase in sales then the fees I pay to the consultant will be considered a good return on my investment.
