I have been to almost every airport in the US, and it seems like every single one of them I have been to have a wireless network, except the one I was just in. I can imagine that for the people that travel through that airport on a regular basis might have a hard time if they use the airport for business purposes. I am just wondering what may have caused the airport to neglect that. Is it hare to get the Wireless Network Set Up in a place like an airport, so it may be in the process, but just take a while?

You have decided to use visio network stencils for your diagramming needs.  You have made an excellent choice for many reasons.  You will be able to effectively visualize your processes and diagram your ideas, increase your productivity, work with up-to-date diagrams and information, display data as text, data bars, icons and color-coding, use templates in hierarchical form, quickly create diagrams, use the web to find new templates and shapes, utilize professional themes or create your own theme and design your own shapes.  Visio is there for you and should be your first choice when selecting manufacturer or custom stencils.

I’ve been curious lately about Wireless Internet Cards for Laptops.
I’m sick and tired of being cooped up in the office all day. Wireless broadband can help me get out and work outdoors more often.
It turns out there are a lot more options for Laptop Internet than I thought these days.
I think the additional mobility and freedom is more than worth the expense.
Maybe you can help settle the matter - feel free to comment.

I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about Cat6 Cable.
I need to learn how to deal with RJ-45 cables myself, since I don’t have the budget to hire IT staff to do it.
Of course dealing with Cat6 Plenum Cable isn’t all that tough. The crimping is the main issue.
I’ll probably enjoy it anyway. I like working with my hands.
Gotta Run for now. More later.

Alright, enough is enough. I have to invest in a wireless laptop. I need to get out of this pit of an apartment.
I honestly don’t know how I got along before the invention of Laptop Wireless Connection. Now I can work anywhere. Being able to work from home is great and all, but it gets old fast when there’s no one around to keep you company.
Imagine it - a web developer with a tan and a social life. Shocking.
More on this soon.

Alright, I’m sick of working at home. I’m going to go crazy if I stay boxed up here any longer. Time to get a wireless broadband laptop so I can work in cafes and actually be around other people.

I think my next “office” will be the local brewpub. Working on pub grub, Guinness in hand - sounds good to me.

My shiny new wireless laptop arrived today. I spent a lovely afternoon working at my local Starbucks. Yeah yeah, cliche I know, but it was so nice to get out of the house. I was beginning to look like the belly of a fish after all these days spent in my dungeon of an apartment.
I honestly don’t know how I got along before the invention of Wireless Laptop Computers. Now I can work anywhere. Being able to work from home is great and all, but it gets old fast when there’s no one around to keep you company.
Of course knowing my luck mine will get stolen 3 days after I buy it, or I’ll spill coffee on it the day after the warranty runs out. But oh well. It will be worth it all the same.
Please comment and let me know what you think.

I just bought a
wireless broadband laptop, and not a moment too soon. Now I can work in cafes and other such places with people and sunlight and no big piles of laundry and bills to remind me of all the other crap I need to get done. Working from home is seriously overrated.
The Wireless Laptop must be the best invention ever. For me anyway. Anything that gets me out of the house is great, but one that lets me get my work done and be around people is truly life changing.
Imagine it - a web developer with a tan and a social life. Shocking.

Laptop Wireless Connections must be the best thing since sliced bread. Don’t know how I ever got along before. The freedom to work just about anywhere - it’s intoxicating. Meeting a lot more people and getting a lot more sun. All to the good.
I think I might work in the park tomorrow - bring the dogs along. Ain’t it the life, though?

I have been placed in charge of the network security for the small business I work for. Although I am proficient in technical support, this area is not where my expertise lies. To assist with the necessary skills the organization is sponsoring me to undertake wireless network training. It is short course but will provide me with the ability to assess network risks and to make the necessary adjustments to individual terminals to improve the overall security. There are other more advanced courses that I can take later on down the track.
