What if you get your college Advertising/Marketing major from a non liberal arts or business school?

I want to go to Emerson College and double major in Communications and Marketing/advertising, the 2nd of which is ordinarily a “Business major.” Am I putting myself at a disadvantage for that 2nd major because Emerson is not a business school. Will I look bad in comparison to job applicants who have a marketing major from a business school?

How is your GPA computed after you graduate?
