If you’re looking to enroll in an online creative writing class then the good news is that there is absolutely no shortage of online creative writing classes available. In fact, there probably isn’t another subject area for which online learning is better suited. Getting better at creative writing is really a process of writing something, improving on what you’ve written as best you know how, submitting what you’ve written for review by somebody else, and then taking onboard and implementing their constructive comments as they come back. Your first step is to make up a thesis outline: several pages containing chapter headings, sub-headings, some figure titles (to indicate which results go where) and perhaps some other notes and comments. There is a section on chapter order and thesis structure at the end of this text. Once you have a list of chapters and, under each chapter heading, a reasonably complete list of things to be reported or explained, you have made a great start and makes the rest of your task more systematic.
