My blog gets 300-500 page views a day and it’s shown healthy organic growth since its launch. I wanted to get established before starting to look at advertising. What are the different options besides Google Adsense?

Give a catchy thumbnail, and give a catchy title.

You could give OpenX Market a try. It’s an open-source advertising platform (you can install it yourself or use the version that the OpenX creators have available on their site) that you can use to deploy display ads to your site. I’m not sure how much you’d be able to make from the service, but it’s probably worth checking out.

You could possibly look into using a combination of OpenX Market and Google AdSense on your site, and analyze over time to determine which blend of services performs better.

Finally, you can always look into direct sales, though I feel that since what you described is a one person operation, this may not be the best route. While direct sales can create great advertiser relationships and lots of revenue, it’s also more time consuming compared to other self-service options.

      I hope this helps!
